Geek Bar Pulse 2 versus Geek Bar Pulse X 2

Geek Bar Pulse 2 versus the Geek Bar Pulse X 2 50K

Geek Bar has expanded its flagship lineup with two powerful new releases: the Geek Bar Pulse 2 25K and the Geek Bar Pulse X 2 50K. They are the successors to the original Geek Bar Pulse and Pulse X.

There is a strong family resemblance to the original in both cases. The Pulse 2 looks like a modern evolution of the original Pulse. The flashy Geek Bar Pulse X has a worthy replacement in the Pulse X 2.

Like the originals, the Geek Bar Pulse X 2 50K is a larger and longer lasting device while the Geek Bar Pulse works to recapture the original Geek Bar magic with upgraded hardware and features.

We have already reviewed the Geek Bar Pulse X 2 Bull Edition flavors. In an unusual move, both were launched with special edition flavor collections rather than usual smattering of Miami Mints, Fcuking Fabs, Meta Moons, and B-Pops to choose from.

Specifications: Geek Bar Pulse 2 versus Geek Bar Pulse X 2

On paper, it is not really a contest. Nor was it much of a contest previously comparing the 15,000 puff original Geek Bar Pulse versus the 25K puff count and quite flashy original Geek Bar Pulse X.

The Geek Bar Pulse X has always been the bigger device with more controls and fancier animations as well. Naturally the Geek Bar Pulse X 2 continues this tradition. It has the bigger battery, bigger capacity, and packs the same serious flavor punch.

Winner: Geek Bar Pulse X 2 50K

User Experience: Geek Bar Pulse 2 versus Geek Bar Pulse X 2 50K

Here is where it gets interesting. The Geek Bar Pulse 2 is an incredibly engaging looking device. The original Geek Bar Pulse was certainly being overtaken in terms of aesthetics. There were lookalikes and more powerful options flooding the market. This is why Mi-Pod carries a wide array of the best disposable vapes from the most trusted vape brands and manufacturers.

But the Pulse 2 manages to blend nostalgic lines, better hardware and only a small increase in size. The bulkier Pulse X 2 definitely has the specs edge, so if a reductionist count of puffs and times between charges is what matters it will always win.

But as someone who is not chain ripping 50mg nic salt disposables all day, the capacity of Geek Bar Pulse 2 is plenty and the compact size convenient. The trademark Binary Halo is pretty useful as the device can communicate its status once you start paying attention to the LED ring around the smart screen. There is a reason the Pulse was always the best-seller and the Pulse X always trailing.

Winner: Geek Bar Pulse 2

Geek Bar Pulse Upgraded Display Technology

Geek Bar has made displays a signature feature of the Pulse lineup. Both are upgrades on the previous model. The jump is bigger for the Pulse 2 as the original Pulse was looking fairly primitive compared to some of the current madness seen on flavor control, multimode disposable vapes.

Geek Bar Pulse 2 Display Updates

Geek Bar Pulse 2 Overview

The Pulse 2 introduces:

  • Dome Full Screen display
  • Binary Orbit Light system
  • Space-inspired graphics
  • Mode indicators
  • Battery monitoring

The Binary Orbit Light surrounds the display and changes patterns based on device status and vaping mode.

Geek Bar Pulse X 2 50K Display Updates

Geek Bar Pulse X 2 Overview

The Pulse X 2 takes visual technology even further with:

  • 3D Curved LED Display
  • Galaxy Cascade UI
  • Binary Halo lighting effects
  • Stardot screen technology
  • Real-time battery and e-liquid monitoring

The result is arguably the most advanced display currently found on a disposable vape. It is for this reason the author greatly prefers the pared down, if you can even call it that, Geek Bar Pulse 2 display. I especially did not care for the original Pulse X's big blast of star dots and wished it could have been dimmed like on its cousin the RAZ LTX 25000.

Winner: Draw

Coil Performance and Vapor Production

Both devices use upgraded dual mesh technology designed to maximize flavor consistency and vapor production. There are differences in philosophy here. The Geek Bar Pulse X 2 50K is a maximal device, although it isn't much larger than the previous

Geek Bar Pulse 2

The enhanced dual mesh coil system delivers:

  • 23.7% greater vapor volume
  • Improved heat distribution
  • Faster activation
  • Better e-liquid utilization

Geek Bar Pulse X 2

The Pulse X 2 features:

  • 0.6Ω Dual Mesh Coil
  • Parallel heating elements
  • Enhanced flavor consistency
  • Increased vapor production
  • Improved e-liquid efficiency

Both devices represent significant improvements over previous Geek Bar generations and extract way more puffs and vapor production from similar e-liquid capacities and wattage outputs.

Winner: Tie

Geek Bar Vapes Flavors

One of the most interesting aspects of these releases isn't the hardware—it's the flavor strategy.

Instead of simply launching the new devices with flavors already available in the original Geek Bar Pulse and Pulse X collections, Geek Bar introduced two completely new flavor families.

The goal was to give adult consumers recognizable flavor profiles while offering something genuinely different from earlier devices.

Geek Bar Pulse 2 Hubba Edition

The Pulse 2 launched with the Hubba Edition, a collection inspired by classic bubble chewing gum and confectionery flavors.

These flavors will be very familiar to anyone who remembers these nostalgic treats. They flavors pop and are sweet and bold. Unlike gum, they do not fade quickly and wear out their welcome.

Hubba Edition Flavors

  • Strawberry Watermelon Hubba
  • White Peach Hubba
  • Lemon Hubba
  • Blue Razz Hubba
  • Grape Hubba

Rather than creating entirely new fruit flavors, Geek Bar reimagined established favorites through a bubble chewing gum-inspired lens.

Geek Bar Pulse X 2 Bull Edition

The Pulse X 2 launched with the Bull Edition, a flavor collection inspired by energy drinks.

Bull Edition flavors combine fruit profiles with the sweet, tart, cooling characteristics commonly associated with popular energy drink beverages.

Bull Edition Flavors

  • Watermelon Bull
  • Blue Razz Bull
  • Coco Berry Bull
  • Strawberry Bull
  • Peach Bull

These flavors are designed to feel bolder and more intense, complementing the higher-capacity nature of the Pulse X 2 platform. Apart from Coco Berry, a smooth coconut flavor, these are also reimagined classic vape flavors.

Which Flavor Collection Should You Choose?

Choose Hubba Edition if you enjoy:

  • Confection-inspired profiles
  • Nostalgic need for gum style fruit vapes
  • Sweeter flavor experiences

Choose Bull Edition if you enjoy:

  • Energy drink-inspired flavors
  • Tart fruit profiles
  • Cooler finishes
  • Bold, refreshing flavor experiences

Both collections accomplish the same goal: they give adult consumers a reason to try the newest Geek Bar hardware without simply purchasing the exact same flavors available in previous generations.

Who Should Buy the Geek Bar Pulse 2?

The Pulse 2 is ideal for adult users who want:

  • A more compact device
  • The classic Geek Bar Pulse 2 form factor and interface
  • Excellent flavor production
  • Enhanced airflow control
  • Nostalgia-fueled Hubba flavors
  • A 25,000 puff premium disposable vape.

Who Should Buy the Geek Bar Pulse X 2?

The Pulse X 2 is ideal for adult users who want:

  • Maximum puff count
  • Maximum flashiness with the screen
  • A larger battery
  • The most advanced Geek Bar display
  • Energy drink-inspired Bull Edition flavors
  • Stronger vapor production
  • Up to 50,000 puffs

Final Verdict: Pulse 2 or Pulse X 2?

The Geek Bar Pulse 2 and Geek Bar Pulse X 2 share the same DNA, but they serve different priorities.

The Pulse 2 refines the original Pulse formula with faster charging, upgraded airflow, enhanced efficiency, and a playful Hubba Edition flavor lineup.

The Pulse X 2 takes a more ambitious approach, delivering double the puff count, a larger battery, a futuristic curved display, and the bold Bull Edition collection.

If your priority is portability and flavor-focused refinement, the Geek Bar Pulse 2 is an excellent choice.

If your goal is maximum longevity, premium display technology, and the highest-performing disposable in the Geek Bar lineup, the Geek Bar Pulse X 2 is the clear winner.
