Mi-Pod Warranty 

Each Mi-Pod comes with a 6-Month Manufacturers defect warranty.
Your kit will include a warranty that will need to be registered at https://mipod.com/pages/device-registration immediately after purchasing.

This warranty is nontransferable and can only be registered to one person. The following instances would void your Mi-Pod warranty:

  • Water damage
  • Lost/Stolen device
  • Smashed devices (dropped from a high distance)
  • Broken Lanyard Slot

If you have a device that was not damaged in the mentioned instances and you are experiencing what appears to be a manufacturer’s defect, we are more than happy to stand behind the provided warranty. We are aware that some older devices had some bugs that needed to be worked out.

If you feel your device has an issue that was not caused by the above mentioned situations, contact us so we may trouble shoot with you or get you started on our warranty process.

Wi-Pod Warranty

We understand how urgent it must be for you to submit a warranty request after taking the necessary troubleshooting steps with a damaged device. Our customer support wants to make this process as easy and smooth as possible to provide the best vaping experience.

Here is what you should do.

Contact a customer support agent via email, phone, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram. We will gather your information and asses the problem. A warranty email will be sent to you and a ticket for service will be created in our system.

This warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • User error (dropped, water-damage, incorrect-charger, etc.)
  • Lost/stolen

If you feel your device has an issue that was not caused by the above mentioned situations, contact us so we may trouble shoot with you or get you started on our warranty process.

Swon Warranty 

At Mi-One Brands we believe that quality matters and more importantly, experience matters. We offer a hassle free warranty on your Swon Vaporizer. Each battery has a 90-day Manufacturer’s defect warranty. We stand behind our product as a company and know that making an investment feels better. When you know, you are not only purchasing a quality item, but an item has a guaranteed backing your experience. Please be sure that you keep your receipt of purchase, in the event that you may ever need to use this warranty. (Photo, Digital-Copy, etc.)

This warranty does not cover the following situations:

420 Products Warranty 

We understand how urgent it must be for you to submit a warranty request after taking the necessary troubleshooting steps with a damaged device. Smoking Vapor customer support wants to make this process as easy and smooth as possible to provide the best vaping experience.

Here is what you should do.

The whole warranty process takes about 7-10 business days this includes shipping and delivery. Our agents answer emails within the first 24 hours, this makes for a very fast process.

Please expect to show proof of purchase when going through this warranty. It is advisable that you keep your receipt from purchase.

SV Cig Battery Warranty 

At Mi-One Brands, we believe that quality matters, more importantly service matters. We are here to serve you in the short term and the long term. Our SV Cig-a-lite (SV Cig Battery) system comes with a 1-year warranty. We understand that things happen. Products can accidentally find their way into the swimming pool or run through a wash cycle or two. With SV cig-a-lite (SV Cig Battery) you have nothing to worry about, whether it is your fault or ours. If your battery becomes defective, regardless of user error, we have you covered for a full year from the date of purchase. This 1-year warranty is only for the cig-a-lite (SV Cig Battery) system and does not cover our advanced products.

SV Cigar Warranty

Quality in our intricately designed E-Cigars matters to us! Which is why we offer customers a manufacturer’s defect warranty on all SV E-Cigars. We understand that with mass production some error may occur and although we strive for the best, things happen. Contact our customer support team if you need to make a warranty claim or if you are unsure if your E-Cigar is covered under warranty.

Exchange and Refund policy

EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY:
If there is an issue with your purchase at mipod.com, you can call or email us and we'll guide you through our processes. Returns must be done within 30 days from the date you purchased it.

REFUNDS:
Once the product is received, we will issue you a refund back to the card used in the original order, minus a 15% restocking fee. We highly suggest adding insurance to your package when shipping back to us.

REFUND/EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS:
Unfortunately, there are certain items we can’t accept as a return due to FDA Regulation.

  • Opened and used juice
  • Products that were not purchased on mipod.com
  • Opened and used devices/accessories
  • Shipping Fees
    You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

When the returned items are received, a customer service representative will give you a call to clarify what items you would like to exchange for and place your order with you over the phone. You will only be responsible for the remaining amount of an item that is not of equal value. Standard shipping fee will be applied to all orders less than $49.99.
