This metric is getting trickier to suss out as capacity is now being split between two tanks. 

Battery Capacity

Both provide quick recharges with type-C USB and are long lasting vape which can last more than a day with their impressive battery capacity. The Lost Vape Orion Bar 50K has a 920mAh battery versus 900mAh in the Rifbar. This is a negligible difference, and both are great for extended use.

Adjustable Flavor Features

The Rifbar Mixpro features a triple mesh coil along with a Sweetness Control or Ice Control depending on the flavor. The ability to customize flavors is becoming a big thing in vaping. The Orion Bar 50K currently has Ice Control but they could theoretically release a Sweetness Control or even a Sour Flavor boost like the Fasta Burrst 35000. The use of a second tank integrated seamlessly could be a game changer.

Nic Control

Both the Rifbar Mixpro and Lost Vape Orion Bar 50K feature Nic Control. On the Orion Bar, it is the switch that previously labeled as airflow control. The Rifbar has a button to boost nic.

Our Verdict

These are powerful brutes. Their design language makes it clear they operate on the cutting edge with no shortage of real performance features. The Orion Bar 50K has some advantages on paper in terms of capacity but our staff kept coming back to the flavors and balance of the Rifbar Mixpro 40K. 

There is no denying the convenience or technical chops of the Lost Vape Orion Bar 50K or the Rifbar Mix Pro. If you want the flashiest screen, a ton of great flavors from trusted brands like Lost Vape and Rifbar Vapes, plus nic and ice control, they have you covered.

The ability to ramp up the sweetness and ice isn't just a parlor trick but really helps you customize the flavor. Which is nice as the Orion Bar 50K has a capacity close to an entire bottle of nic salts.

Neither Lost Vape or Rifbar vapes focused much on size reduction, these are both hefty device designs with a lot of cool features. The are chock full of e-liquid, with large displays and powerful hardware. In a reductionist world of performance, 50000 puffs and nicotine boost would make for an unbeatable vape.

Low Nicotine Disposable Vapes

This brings us to the primary demerit against these devices. Many adult vapers are seeking a lower nicotine vape and the first use of "Nic Control" is a boost.

Everyone should be aware that bigger puffs of the same e-liquid on the same coil are kicking out more nicotine. Enshrining this in a button might provide a nice cautionary warning but a device that advertised the opposite and provided an efficient and low wattage setting would be more useful for many adult vapor consumers. 

The earliest nicotine vapes, like the first dismal Blu e-cigs, had nicotine strengths nearly as high as these disposables but they were intolerably harsh and bad due to the use of freebase nicotine. 

Freebase nicotine is great for lower strengths, but the pH level makes it intolerable for most adults in higher strengths. The advent of nic salts allowed portability in vapes because a wispy, underpowered Juul could provide a satisfying nicotine alternative with a tiny battery and minimal wattage.

A tiny battery and minimal wattage are not really limitations with the Rifbar Mixpro and Lost Vape Orion Bar 50K. In Europe, 20mg nicotine is the maximum and 20mg is not low nicotine. Most bottled nicotine salts offer a 20 or 25mg strength.
