In a sense it is also a bit depressing, as this sort of innovation could be thrown on refillable devices for adult vapers if not for the onerous and capricious FDA 2016 Deeming Rules and PMTA process that incentivize mediocre, obsolete, and even discontinued devices manufactured by the tobacco industry.

 

Clearly on a level field of play, there is no way that a Juul or Vuse could compete with this device for the business of adult vapers seeking alternative products. Altria said as much, as quoted in this Barclay's Q1 Financial report. Banning adults from obtaining disposable vapes and creating a monopoly is unapologetically the goal of big tobacco.
