Our hearts go out to all those affected by the outbreak of COVID-19 across the globe. During this time of difficulty and uncertainty, the safety of our community is our top priority.
At Mi-One Brands, we are taking precautionary measures to do our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19. Following recommendations from the CDC, we have implemented increased cleanings and sanitization at our facility. Additionally, we have implemented technologies that allow for a majority of our staff to work from home, and as of Friday have asked all employees who can work from home, to do so.
Rest assured, we are here to support you as always. We will continue to operate our normal Customer Service hours to serve you via phone, email, text and live chat. Additionally, our online store will continue to operate, and the warehouse is shipping orders to ensure you can get your vape supplies and keep you stocked up during this time of self-quarantine. We will be able to serve you for as long as FedEx and USPS continue to deliver packages, or as long as inventory is available.
Please keep in mind that shipping may take an extra 24 hours as we take extra safety precautions while processing heavier than usual volumes of orders.
We will be monitoring the situation daily, and as things change, we will continue to provide updates when appropriate.
This is an unprecedented time in our history, not only as a nation, but for humanity. We ask that everyone take precautions, be responsible, and take care of one another. There has never before in our lifetime been such a test of our emotional resiliency or such a need for human compassion.
