Am I still earning Points?

Yes, although our points system is under construction, we are still tracking any orders on Mipod.com. While you may not be able to spend points today in checkout, the points you normally earn on orders will still be added to your account.

Do I keep my Balance?

Yes, our team has exported the Points Balance of each of our customers, tied to your email address. We will import these before we finish construction of the new program.

Do I keep my VIP Tier?

Somewhat, we are adding a new Middle tier to our VIP Program. The new 3 tiers to come are Bronze, Silver, and Gold. We are doing a 1-year calculation, giving our customers the correct VIP tier based on the last year of purchases. No worries, long-time customers will not start at the bottom.

Can I still spend points today?

Yes, although you may not checkout on Mipod.com with points, you can call our Customer Service team and place an order (with Points) over the phone! Our team will make sure to update your account with the proper spending/earning amounts for the order.

Am I losing anything?

Not at all. Your point balance will remain the same, and any unused Points-Discounts you've made in the past will be in your email inbox (These never expire). The rate at which points will be redeemed is not changing, the value of your points balance will remain the same.
